In order to ensure that our clients have the best possible buying and/or selling experience, we ask that they complete a short survey about us following closing. We use the responses to improve ourselves, and we ask them for permission to post the responses on our website. The survey includes a numeric rating section with a scale of 1-7, with 1 meaning “completely disagree” and 7 meaning “completely agree.” It also includes a General Comments section. It was evident to us from the beginning that Steve and Rohn love what they do. We were impressed not only with all oftheir planning as we set out to sell our home but also of their incredible attention to detail and their knowledge of the real estate market. There were countless occasions when the suggestions they offered left us saying to ourselves, 'Oh, we didn't even think of that!'
We felt incredibly at ease with Steve and Rohn and this was an invaluable aspect given the ups and downs and anxiety that naturally comes with selling a home. Every phone call and question that we posed was answered promptly. They always gave 100% of themselves and continually amazed us by their initiative and positive attitude.
Among their many attributes, we greatly appreciated the weekly 'business meetings' that occurred over the phone every Friday. During these meetings, they would offer a brief summary of the week's events regarding our home, answer any questions or concerns, and would offer a plan for the following week. Although we knew that they had many other clients, we certainly always felt like we were their only clients!
